The head of the Pharaoh in profile to the left, the palms of his hands cradling a ewer with a single stream of water flowing upward to purify a now-missing deity, wearing an elaborately accessoried headdress, the uraeus springing forth from his brow, with a hieroglyphic inscription spelling the last parts of his prenomen and nomen enclosed in cartouches above the ewer accompanied by the phrase, "Given life like Re"
