Tall and rectangular in form with two rosettes in relief, inscribed DEONIKOXENO ARXIDAMOUGUNH "Kleo [misspelled kdeo], daughter of Nikoxenos, wife of Archidamos," with a raking molding above, the anthemion in the form of a palmette springing from acanthus with scrolling volutes, topped with half-palmettes
