The collector, Suzanne Johnston writes, "Weegee was capturing expressions and postures of people inside the palatial movie theatres of Hollywood's Golden Age. One day in 1956, Weegee surprised us with a beautiful set of photographs that show the magical thrust of the projection beam over the audience." This image is unique.
