All piriform with a separately-cast phallus riveted in place, the seal box with alternating blue and white enamel enclosing the phallus and along the tapering end, the phallus with a red enamel tip; one lid with traces of enamel around the phallus and for the tip; and one lid with alternating red, white and blue enamel enclosing the phallus, traces of similar enamel along the tapering end, the phallus with a red tip
