With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the engine-turned cream dial with Roman numerals and secret signature at X, enclosed in a pavé-set diamond oval-shaped bezel, diamond-set crown, the back secured by four screws, to the carved leaf and calibré-cut sapphire shoulders on a leather strap with a diamond-set deployant clasp, mounted in 18K white gold, 14.0 cm., with Swiss assay mark (accompanied by an extra strap), in a Cartier red leather fitted case
