The stepped rectangular top supported by four columns with engine-turned capitals, centred by a circular foliate engraved metal dial with blued steel hands, within a foliate bezel, the twin-going movement with anchor escapement and with outside countwheel strike on a bell, above the grid-iron pendulum cast with scrolling acanthus and flower heads, above a stepped plinth, on bun feet - 45cm. high; with an associated stained wooden base with glass dome, damages - 66cm. high x 30cm. wide x 19cm. deep; and with an associated ormolu basket with hinged oval lid - 5.5cm. high (4)
