An English carved, peirced and silvered frame, 18th Century,
the cresting with a central vase containing foliage, and flanked by scrolling foliage and flower heads; leaves from the cresting, also falling down the sides of the frame; the lower corners with further foliage and peirced strap-work; the centre of the lower side also with foliage; astragal; angled plate; beading to the sight edge -- 9 x 7.7/8 x 1-4 in. (24.7 x 20 x 4.5-10.8 cm.)
