An oak press cupboard, Lake District, early 18th century
with a guilloche carved frieze centred with a rosette, initialled and dated R.F. 1717 and with drop pendants, above a pair of panels with rosette filled vertical scrolling decoration and flanked by panelled doors centred with similar detail, the lower section with a central twin panel flanked by twin panelled doors and with a further pair of twin panels below flanking a central door, on channelled stile feet, lacking floorboards within -- 67in. (172cm.) wide, 64in. (162cm.) high, 23in. (59cm.) deep
