a painted wooden dolls' town house of two bays and three stories with painted wooden front door and triangular fan light, opening at the front to reveal three rooms with fire surounds and original decorations and curtains, the bedroom with wall paper printed with yellow, grey and black. The drawing room in pink and white with matching painted "carpet" of tin, the kitchen with remains of dresser and painted stone work. Furniture including Evans & Cartwright tables and chairs in two sizes and designs, a wash table with blue tin plate urn and basin, and a fireplace, Wltrshausen furniture including; an unusual dressing table with curtains and glass bowl, a what-not and a rocking chair, the rocker painted in gold with fish. English furniture includung an upright piano, a bird cage and a composition and marble effect glass tripod table with lable reading "patent consolidated glass ladies guild 4 Russell place Fitzroy Sq London" priced at a shilling. English copper pieces for the kitchen including a coffee pot, ten pieces of carved painted wooden food on wooden plates, a rare wax cradle containing a baby, an ivory spinning wheel, a giraffe, and tinsel backed pictures of coloured prints,
