Incised with flowering plants within bands of chain-pattern, the background enriched in blue, the cover with beaded band and acorn thumbrest, 9in. (23.5cm.) high; together with a pewter-mounted German fayence cylindrical tankard painted in manganese with a huntsman flanked by two dogs leaping towards him from beneath trees, the cover incised 'I-M/1757', with pewter footrim, 7in. (17.8cm.) high (2)
