with a pierced scroll handle and three paw feet, painted with a hunter returning home to his family, within a rectangular panel, the ground burnished with a band of acorns and oak leaves above a band of stylised acanthus, the saucer burnished with a continuous band of oak leaves around a flowerheads, stencil mark, circa 1820 (minor chips to feet and a chip and crack to the saucer)
