The concave-fronted rectangular top with a green baize writing surface, surmounted by a rectangular superstructure with a broad open compartment and flanked by two small open compartments to either side, above a frieze drawer and a kneehole, flanked to either side by a pedestal, each with a frieze drawer above two drawers, flanked by fruitwood pilasters and on a plinth base, originally with a gallery, restorations
