A pair of South German parcel-gilt and polychrome decorated blue-ground miniature commodes
Mid 18th Century
Each with a serpentine-fronted moulded rectangular top carved with rockwork, one decorated with a gentleman, the other with a lady, above three drawers carved with rockwork scrolls and painted with flowers, the sides decorated with birds, losses to the paint and to the rockwork scrolls
