A DUTCH GREY-PAINTED AND PARCEL-GILT BRACKET CLOCK

The circular enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic chapters, the movement stamped 'RUTGERUS VANMEURS AMSTERDAM', behind a glazed shaped door, within a shaped case with patera to the top and scrolling acanthus to the sides, the tapering top surmounted by a laurel-hung urn, the base with fluted band and laurel swags and on foliate feet, redecorated and with green decoration beneath, lacking bracket, with pendulum, restored breaks
