Inlaid overall with boxwood banded cartouches, the waved gallery above a semi-circular top and a mirror recess flanked by a door to each side and above three small drawers, the later lobed lower section with central recess of five variously-sized drawers on hipped tapering facetted legs headed by foliage and husk-trails and terminating in foliate sabots, the top drawer previously fitted, the lower part of the back right leg replaced, the inside of one drawer stamped 'L. BOUDIN' and 'JME' and inscribed 'Polliart rive payers il y a dans France' (?), one drawer inscribed 'to 11/97', adapted and presumably with a flap enclosing the lower drawers
