Inlaid overall with brass lines and stylised foliage, the circular enamelled dial with Roman numerals and inscribed 'Simmons Finsbury', the moulded rectangular cornice with stepped plinth and pine cone finial, above a fluted frieze and canted corners, the sides with pierced sound panels and carrying handles, on a moulded plinth base and ball feet, the reverse of the movement engraved 'Simmons /FINSBURY'
