in the form of a horseshoe, the front stamped with a study of fish and fishing baskets against reeds and bullrushes, the reverse similarly stamped, the sides engraved with a presentation inscription and date, American, late nineteenth century -- 5cms; and four further North American vesta cases, two stamped with dragons, one stamped with a study of the "74th Regiment Armory Buffalo N.Y", and an example with beaver lid, the body with maple leaves enclosing the Canadian Dominion Coat of Arms, all late nineteenth/early twentieth century -- 6.5cms and smaller (5)
