with leaf-moulded handles, painted by Percy Simpson with vignettes of ruins beside lakes, signed, within pale-ivory panels gilt with leaves and scrolls, printed crown marks, circa 1900 (one vase with chips to the inside rim, one cover with a chip, some minor rubbing to gilding) -- 37cm. high
