Designed with the pine beach of Hamamatsu, the land rendered in kinji and the trees in gold takamaki-e with accents of nashiji and hirame and the surrounding water black lacquer carved with waves, the interior cases gyobu-nashiji; fitted with a soft-metal ojime cast with plants and with a kagamibuta netsuke with gold lacquer bowl and shibuichi plate inlaid in gilt and silver with bird-rattles of objects hung on a string from a fence, signed Minkoku
