Applied with gilt-metal mounts and decorated with foliate carvings, the canted rectangular top surmounted by a superstructure with a pierced gallery, with three short and one long drawer below, flanked to one side by a cupboard door, the frieze fitted with three further drawers, with square tapering legs headed with pierced scroll-carved spandrels, on paw feet
