Deeply carved with Manjusri seated in lalitasana on a lotus, his right foot resting on his reclining lion, both hands in dharmacakramudra holding a lotus stem flowering along his left shoulder and supporting pustaka, wearing dhoti, jewellery, his face with serene expression, urna, arched eyebrows, aquiline nose, smiling lips, elongated earlobes with large ear rings, high chignon held together by pearled strings, placed against an elaborate throne, near base and around backslab some inscriptions
