The case with foliate cast finials and on stepped base with toupie feet, with side panels decorated in polychrome enamels with floral designs, conforming columns with Corinthian capitals to the front angles and plain columns to the rear, enamel mask to the silvered chapter ring with Arabic circlets and gilt pierced nount to the centre, blued steel hands, the twin barrel movement with platform lever escapement and strike on gong to the backplate numbered 5406
