Woven in wools, depicting an open landscape with a crane standing in the foreground about to fly away, flanking a chinoiserie tree with blue fruits and to the left with a further tree, above a flying bird and the distance with a lake with ducks and the background with a hilly landscape with a Chinese stepped pagoda, within a foliate scrolling border and a brown outer slip, minor areas of reweaving, the outer slip lacking to the top and bottom, the outer slip to each side turned over
