Embroidered with a central roundel in coloured silks and metal threads with the Virgin and Child, flanked to either side by a Papal tiara and roundels containing portraits of St. Peter and St. Paul, linked by flaming torches and scrolling foliage against a metal and yellow silk ground, some wear and restorations, re-backed
