De Havilland DH94 Moth Minor G-AFOP in the livery of the London Aeroplane Club,
the Moth Minor being de Havilland's first viable monoplane designed as a direct successor to the biplane Moths on the grounds that it would be easier to build and rig; powered by a 90hp Gipsy Minor engine specially designed for it by F.B. Halford, it was first flown by Capt. Geoffrey de Havilland at Hatfield in 1937; exhibited at the 1986 Model Engineer Exhibition where it was very highly commended -- Wing Span 12in. (30.5cm.)
