A 13 inch (33cm.) diameter terrestrial globe, made up of twelve printed and coloured paper gores, with polar calottes, the German Empire shown in red, other nations and colonial territories variously coloured in green, yellow and pink, the ocean marked with steamship and cable routes, with replacement brass meridian circle, (crack at the equator some discolouring and minor abrasions) raised on four brass quadrant supports on a mahogany stand with carved cabriole supports
