A partially planked, framed Navy Board style unrigged model of the Royal Naval vessel Beaver's Prize (ex-Oliver Cromwell)
With bound cut-away masts, male figurehead, hair rails, anchors with bound wooden stocks, catheads, deck rails, windlass, bitts, stove pipe, companionways, gratings, belaying rails and pins, capstan, four guns in carriages, swivel guns, helm, tiller and other details. The hull, unplanked below the waterline revealing frames with stern and quarter cabin windows and partially planked deck, is finished in matt varnish and mounted on two turned brass columns, inlaid display base with legend and brass bound glazed cover
