Maker's mark of S. Kirk & Son Co., Baltimore, circa 1904
Comprising tea kettle, stand and lamp, teapot, long necked coffee pot, two-handled covered sugar bowl, cream jug and waste bowl, each engraved under base with initials and date June 23 1904, pear shaped, on four hairy lion's paw feet with foliate join, the sides finely chased and engraved with trailing flowers and foliage, with applied foliate rim, the pots with conformingly decorated scroll spout and handle, the hinged, partly low domed and chased cover topped by a ?wheat sheath finial, the kettle on circular stand with two bifurcated, lush floral, supports, tea kettle on stand over fixed silver handle--11in. (29.2cm.) high, gross weight 213oz. (6)
