Tapering cylindrical, the body overall enamelled in translucent yellow over guilloché ground painted in compartments with foliate swags, each centred by a rose-cut diamond, between rose-cut diamond borders, the slightly domed top similarly decorated, the base set with a bloodstone matrix engraved with the crowned italic initials 'C.D.', marked on upper rim, in the original velvet and silk lined wooden box, the cover stamped in Russian 'Fabergé St. Petersburg Moscow' with Imperial warrant
