Tapering tuck-in, on circular base with rocaille border, the body elaborately chased and repoussé with rocaille, flowers and scrolls centering on each side a rococo cartouche, one side engraved with a coat-of-arms, the other with a crest and motto, the scroll sea-monster capped spout with rocaille join, the wood double scroll handle, the hinged domed cover with rocaille and flowers against scalework and surmounted by a bud finial, marked under base and near rim
