The Madonna and Child

This picture is based on the Madonna and Child in Stanzione's Rest on the Flight into Egypt in the collection of Marchese Pica Andrea Dosi-Delfini, Pontremoli (see S. Schtze and T.C. Willette, Massimo Stanzione L'Opera completa, Naples, 1992, pp. 227-228, no. 75, fig. 270).
