FINE COPY of the third edition in English. The first was published in 1649 and is a translation by Alexander Ross from the French translation of Andr du Ryer. This edition also includes Ross's A needful Caveat or Admonition for them who desire to know what use may be made of, or if there be dangers in reading the Alcoran. Wing K-748.
