Poetry, Persian manuscript on gold-sprinkled buff paper, 35ff. with 17ll. of fine black nasta'liq arranged in four gold-outlined columns, two fine gold and polychrome illuminated heading folios, titles in white on gold panels with floral and arabesque decoration, 19th century pen and wash drawing in the Safavid style at the end of the first section, similar small drawing on final folio, in nineteenth century lacquer binding inthe Safavid style with birds and flowers

A note on the front flyleaf states that this manuscript is in the hand of Baba Shah Isfahani (died AH 998/1589 AD).
There is a seal impression of Shah Abbas Safavi on this folio and on the final folio together with a note stating that the work has been seen in Rabi II 1020.
