Of sixteenth century Ottoman design, The silver-grey field with overall polychrome cintamani stripes and roundels, in a silver-grey border of archaic angular palmettes between rosette, angular floral meander and minor stripes, a kilim strip at each end, excellent pile, minimal staining, side borders cut and rejoined probably without loss
