Drawings by Tempesti with the same mount and probably the same provenance were exhibited at the Louvre in Paris, Acquisitions 1984-1989, 1990, nos. 125-8 and others sold at Christie's London, 8 April 1986, lots 48-51 and 7 July 1998, lot 159.
