each painted and gilt with a central scene of a cockerel, hen and chicks in a fenced garden of flowers and rockwork, a jardiniere of pine to one side and a bird cage suspended from a tree above, all within borders of cartouches of precious objects on a scrolling floral ground -- 8in. (22.2cm.) diam, Kangxi, (glaze on one crackled).
