A fine group of uncommon English views including village scenes, coastal subjects and wooded landscape (two illus.); two hand-tinted rural studies by Grundy; two construction views of Brunel's Crumlin Viaduct; seven Westminster Abbey interiors; two Tower of London views and a still life of strawberry blossom by Good; and a study of cattle standing in a river, each image trimmed to oval.
The photographs formerly in the Collection of William Darrah were acquired from the auction of his collection at Hastings Galleries Ltd. in May 1979.
