In addition to twenty-three portraits of Garibaldi (one with clipped signature), this selection includes Menotti Garibaldi, Guiseppe Mazzini (3), Col. Peard 'Garibaldi's Englishman', Garibaldi's daughter, Baron Ricassolli, Count Cavour, Count Nigra, Massimo d'Azeglio, the Hungarian patriot Kossuth, several Spanish statesmen and Migel Miramour, a Mexican statesman shot with Maximilian in 1867.
