One carte-de-visite and one cabinet card album, each black morocco, front covers with wood-framed panels in high relief, one depicting Romeo and Juliet, the other a courting couple walking through an exotic location with palm trees and tropical plants, one containing nineteen cartes-de-visite only, several remounted on archival mounts, the other containing forty-three cabinet photographs, one rebacked in black leather, g.e., gilt clasps (one missing), 4to. The cabinet cards are mainly portraits of French writers including Daudet, Zola, Lemaitre, Aicard and Dreyfus by various photographers including Reutlinger, Petit, P. Nadar, Leroux, Benque and others.
