The production of this design by the Dresdener Werkstätten fr Handwerkskunst is recorded in the photo archives of the DWH, dated 1903. Chairs to the same design were exhibited at the Heirat and Hausrat exhibition in Dresden, 1903, in natural oak for a bedroom and in black stained oak enlivened by mother-of-pearl and pine inlay for a lady's sitting room.
