painted to the interior with a vase of peony flowers and magnolia beside a bowl of finger citrons and pomegranates, all below a grisaille hatch-pattern band to the rim, the exterior with dense peony flower cartouches on a grisaille honey-comb ground, all within scrolling foliate borders -- 5in. (14cm.) diam, Yongzheng, (crack to rim, star crack to base).
