A pair of German cast figures,
each modelled as a medieval jousting knight on a rearing horse, the integral bases decorated with heraldic shields, the knights with lifting visors and carved ivory faces, (some plumed headresses, detached but present), by Neresheimer of Hanau, with English import marks for Bertholt Muller, 1910; together with wooden plinths each inscribed as a cycling trophy "Bantel Pursuit trophy" with shields for recipients names, the figures approx - 30cm high overall, (contained in a fitted wooden travelling, case), 91.5oz.
