The blue-ground oval body painted with a view of Die Lange Brcke with the Royal Schloss in Berlin behind, surrounded by a cisele gilt tied band and stylised-acanthus corner motifs, the reverse similarly decorated with Sans-Souci near Postdam, the bulbous lower part applied with gilt scrolls and laurel leaves on a white ground, the short blue-ground stem with gilt dots, on a gilt scroll and fluted base and rectangular plinth, the scroll handles flanked by laurel bands, the slightly domed cover similarly decorated and with putto and flower finial
