The blue-ground ovoid body decorated with a sheperdess watering cows and a couple making music surrounded by a gilt scale band, the reverse with scrolling foliage between bands with geometrical motifs, the handles with female's head medallions and acanthus leaves, on a rising ribbed stem and square plinth (some decoration restored)
