Painted in colours with the portraits in profile of Stadholder Prince Willem V (1751-1795) and his wife Frederika Sophie Wilhelmina, inscribed with FSW and PVOR, flanking an orange tree, the moulded rim with leaves, each plate is numbered and inscribed with a strophe, the poem reading in full: Zo lang de zon en maan zal staan, Zal nooit Oranje onder gaan, Dit zag ik in dees middag stond, Juijst in het teken van't verbond, Waar voor men onze Godt moet loove, Dus zeg ik Oranje boove (one plate with rim chip; one plate with scratches)
