The rectangular box chased with stylised scrolls, opening to reveal a white velvet fitted interior lined with pink satin, containing a thimble, a pair of scissors, a needle case, a cut glass bottle with gold cover, a gold pencil holder, a knife with mother-of-pearl and two mother-of-pearl spools, covered by a white satin cushion lined with pink material
