Maker's mark LR in lozenge with orb in between, France, circa 1880, made and retailed by le Roux, Paris, with applied address label
On shaped and stepped circular base, lobed and engraved with flower-sprays and inlaid with enamel plaquettes of Mary and Joseph and two hearts, rising to a knobbed stem and cuppa applied with floral and trefoil motifs, with high-domed foliate-engraved cover and cross finial, gilt inside
