Maker's mark of Johann Carl Stiebeldey (Rosenberg nr. 251 and nr. 908), Augsburg, 1745-47
Set on a circular domed base with spreading edge chased with floral ornament, a hexagonal knopped stem, the octagonal bowl chased with floral motifs and gilt inside, a Hebrew inscription relating to Shabbat engraved along the slightly spreading lip.
