In the Louis XIV style, the circular foliate corona above the chain and an urn-shaped fluted shaft with panelled volutes headed by masks, above a circular panelled ring issuing the scrolling strapwork branches with circular drip pans and tapering nozzles, above a moulded border with maiden's masks, the tapering moulded gadrooned cup with a pine-cone boss
