The case with rounded angles and overall carved with overlapping roundels and flower heads, on bun feet, the rectangular trunk door with an oval glazed lenticle, underneath the conformingly decorated arched hood containing the silvered chapter ring with arcaded Roman and Arabic chapters, around the brass centre engraved with C-scrolls and scrolling foliage, with foliate spandrels and with a silvered roundel to the arch signed P/Dechamp/A.STE/Marguerite/A.Liege, the weight driven movement with anchor escapement and strike on one bell, the case and movement possibly associated, glass to hood missing, minor damages
